In accordance with the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 of 29 July 2014 “On the Approval of the Retail Trade Rules”, Chapter II “Exchange and Return of Goods”, Article 6.362 of the Civil Code and the “Retail Trade Rules” stipulate that some quality goods may be returned only with the seller's agreement:
In accordance with point: 17.12. pearls, precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof, except for artificial jewellery (Combined Nomenclature codes 7101-7116, 7118); In accordance with point: 17.23. works of art, collectors' items and antiques (Combined Nomenclature codes 9701-9706).
1. All products of the online shop www.forgetmenot.lt are vintage or antique – meaning they are not new. Therefore, any defect or visible sign of time is not a reason for refund.
2. The request can only be granted with the agreement of the seller. If the seller refuses to do so, there is no basis for finding the seller's actions unlawful.
3. In order to replace an item that does not meet the quality requirements, the item must be delivered in its original packaging with the Returned Goods Label and the Chamber of Assay Office seal and the Buyer's written request within 14 working days of receipt of the item. The request must include: name; surname; address; telephone number; email; reason for the return and the Buyer's bank account number for the refund. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure or delay in making the order for the returned goods if the Buyer incorrectly provides the details required for the return.
4. The Buyer must send the Goods back to the Seller without delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which it has submitted a request to the Seller to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods.
5. The Seller shall be entitled not to proceed with the refund procedure until it has received the returned goods or proof that the Buyer has sent the returned goods.
6. All costs (postage, customs, etc.) related to the shipment of the returned goods are subject to a separate agreement. All costs for the return of the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
7. The Goods will be deemed to be of good quality if they correspond to the description and characteristics indicated on the Online Shop.
8. The Buyer may only exercise the right to return the product if the return period set out in the Regulations has not been missed.
9. The Seller undertakes to refund the money only after the product has been inspected by the Lithuanian Assay Office to ensure that the components have not been altered.
10. The Seller shall have the right not to accept the Buyer's return of the goods if the goods have mechanical damage or other alterations caused by the Buyer's fault.
11. The goods shall not be accepted if the seal and label of the Lithuanian Assay Office have been removed.
12. The goods may not be returned if the buyer does not present the purchase and sale document.
13. The money shall be refunded to the account specified by the buyer within 15 days from the date of return.
This Return Policy is part of the Terms and Conditions of this online shop and therefore Buyer must agree with with these terms upon purchasing a product.

Prekių grąžinimo taisyklės
Remiantis Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2014 m. liepos 29 d. nutarimu Nr. 738 „Dėl Mažmeninės Prekybos Taisyklių Patvirtinimo” II skyriumi „Prekių keitimas ir grąžinimas”, reglamentuoja Civilinio kodekso 6.362 straipsnis bei „Mažmeninės prekybos taisyklės” numato, kad kai kurios kokybiškos prekės gali būti grąžinamos tik su pardavėjo sutikimu:
Pagal punktą: 17.12. perlus, brangakmenius, tauriuosius metalus ir jų dirbinius, išskyrus dirbtinę bižuteriją (kodai pagal Kombinuotąją nomenklatūrą – 7101–7116, 7118);Pagal punktą: 17.23. meno kūrinius, kolekcionavimo objektus ir antikvarinius daiktus (kodai pagal Kombinuotąją nomenklatūrą – 9701–9706).
1. Visos prekės parduodamos elektroninėje parduotuvėje www.forgetmenot.lt yra vintažiniai ar antikvariniai papuošalai – tai reiškia, jog jie nėra nauji. Todėl defektai ir laiko požymiai nėra priežastis grąžinimui.
2. Prašymas gali būti patenkintas tik pardavėjui sutikus. Jeigu pardavėjas atsisako tai padaryti, nėra pagrindo pripažinti pardavėjo veiksmus neteisėtais.
3. Norint pakeisti kokybės reikalavimų neatitinkantį daiktą, daiktas turi būti pristatytas originalioje pakuotėje su grąžinamos prekės etikete ir prabavimo rūmų antspaudu bei raštišku pirkėjo prašymu per 14 darbo dienų nuo daikto gavimo. Prašyme turi būti nurodyta: vardas; pavardė; adresas; telefono numeris; elektroninis paštas; grąžinimo priežastis ir Pirkėjo banko sąskaitos numeris, į kurią bus grąžinami pinigai. Pardavėjas neatsako už grąžinamų prekių užsakymo nevykdymą ar vėlavimą, jei Pirkėjas neteisingai nurodė grąžinimui reikalingus duomenis.
4. Pirkėjas privalo nedelsdamas ir bet kuriuo atveju ne vėliau kaip per 14 dienų nuo tos dienos, kai pateikė Pardavėjui prašymą nutraukti Prekių pirkimo-pardavimo sutartį, išsiųsti Prekes atgal Pardavėjui.
5. Pardavėjas turi teisę nepradėti prekių grąžinimo procedūros, kol negauna grąžintų prekių arba įrodymo, kad Pirkėjas išsiuntė grąžintas prekes.
6. Visos su grąžinamų prekių siuntimu susijusios išlaidos (pašto, muitinės ir kt.) yra atskiro susitarimo objektas. Visas prekių grąžinimo išlaidas apmoka Pirkėjas.
7. Prekės laikomos kokybiškomis, jei jos atitinka internetinėje parduotuvėje nurodytą aprašymą ir savybes.
8. Pirkėjas gali pasinaudoti teise grąžinti prekę tik tuo atveju, jei nėra praleistas Taisyklėse nustatytas grąžinimo terminas.
9. Pardavėjas įsipareigoja grąžinti pinigus tik po to, kai gaminį patikrina Lietuvos prabavimo rūmai, siekdami įsitikinti, kad gaminio sudedamosios dalys nebuvo pakeistos.
10. Pardavėjas turi teisę nepriimti Pirkėjo grąžinamos prekės, jei prekė yra mechaniškai pažeista ar kitaip pakeista dėl Pirkėjo kaltės.
11. Prekės nepriimamos, jei Lietuvos prabavimo tarnybos antspaudas ir etiketė yra nuimti.
12. Prekės negali būti grąžinamos, jei Pirkėjas nepateikia pirkimo-pardavimo dokumento.
13. Pinigai grąžinami į pirkėjo nurodytą sąskaitą per 15 dienų nuo prekių grąžinimo dienos.
Šios grąžinimo taisyklės yra dalis parduotuvės Sąlygų ir taisyklių, su kuriomis perkant prekes, pirkėjas privalo sutikti.
